Had my car serviced for the first time and the service was awesome. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

It's just a nice place, I even got to watch a movie while I was waiting on my car which is fun. They even had snacks even though I didn't grab one cause I wasn't sure if they were free or not.

Amazing customer service! Quick response to getting into shop even for first time customer. Our college son’s vehicle broke down and I live 2 1/2 hours away. Deakins kept communication with me and were very honest and trustworthy with the service they provided. Highly recommend this shop as customer service and friendliness of staff is top notch. Highly recommend Deakins for anyone living in the Lebanon area!
