New to the area, and the first time I’ve used Deakins. My ignition switch failed in my Ford escape, and I was stuck. Needed to be back on the road as soon as possible. They not only repaired the ignition switch, but change my oil, and rotated the tires. This was all done in less than half a day, without an appointment, and at a reasonable price. As crazy as it may sound, I’m actually glad my car broke down. It was truly a pleasure meeting the team at Deakins. Excellent establishment, and a fine family owned business. I’ll definitely be back. Checking to see what's wrong with brakes. He found that rust line were making air in lines. Not only he took me to see my truck frame was badly rusted and cracked. Telling me that if I had a long drive the frame could break.

I called to get a transmission fluid change quote. Jessica immediately text me the quote. I called back the next day and set up an appt day and time that was convenient for my schedule. They were prepared when I arrived and I was on back on the road in no time! Definitely recommend Deakins for service!

Everyone at Deakins was a pleasure to deal with. They explained options very well on my daughter's engine issues. The engine needed replaced but they suggested getting with a dealer first to try and get it covered under warranty and recommended a towing service to get it to one to be looked at.

Deakins was able to get our vehicle in quickly, diagnose it and repair within a week or so. We appreciate the after hours drop off and pick up availability also. Great people to work with.
