I tried to repair my vehicle for several months by watching YouTube videos trying to save a couple of bucks. Had I realized how knowledgeable and professional the staff at Deakins were, I never would have tried to do the work myself. They were able to fix what I was not able to figure out and the cost was VERY reasonable. If I have automotive issues any time in the future, I'm not going to waste my time trying to save a couple of dollars, I'll just take it straight to Deakins.

Super friendly staff. Honest and reliable!

I know after taking a look at the Ford Focus, we agreed, it would be best to upgrade to a different vehicle, is not normally what you would hear from a shop. However, we would much rather you be able to get your money's worth back out of it. It sounds like she made a good choice and got herself in a nicer newer vehicle. The best experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. So professional, timely, and the business assistants communicate very well. I was never left wondering anything, which is a first for me at an auto shop. They got me in really quickly and exceeded expectations. I wasn’t even upset that it wasn’t covered by my warranty because they made the experience SO GOOD! I’ll no longer panic when I need an auto repair, because I know I’m in good hands!

This professional company was a huge blessing in a distressful and life-threatening time with my car breaking down on a major highway. They went above and beyond to help us figure out what repairs were needed but also guiding us into alternatives for getting to our destination at such a late hour of the day. Luckily, the expert Technician was able to get us back on the road quickly as he fixed the car the same day with great turnaround time and throughly explained the diagnosis of the car issues with the engine coil and spark plugs. The level of professionalism was so excellent and immensely appreciated! Thank you so much for everything!
